Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service, including brand profiles, briefs, uploaded documents, and other materials ("Your Content"), and to the outputs generated for you within the Service based on Your Content ("Outputs"), to the extent we hold any rights in them.

We do not train AI models on Your Content or your Outputs. Your data is used only to operate the Service for you: to generate the insights, ideas, and other materials you request, and to maintain your workspace. We will not use Your Content to train, fine tune, or otherwise improve any machine learning model, whether our own or a third party's, and our agreements with the AI providers we use are configured so that your data is not used for their model training either.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, subject to routine backup retention.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate strategies, insights, creative concepts, audience analyses, budgets, and other recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. All Outputs and recommendations are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, marketing, financial, legal, or business advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and deciding whether and how to act on any Output, including any campaign, spend, targeting, claim, or creative decision you make. We are not liable for any business results, losses, costs, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its recommendations. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of any Output complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

The Service includes references to publicly known advertising campaigns, case studies, brands, cultural trends, and other third-party materials, shown for inspiration, commentary, and educational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any third-party campaign, case study, brand name, logo, or trademark referenced in the Service, and no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those brands is implied. All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Inspirational references are provided as-is. If you incorporate or imitate third-party material in your own work, you are responsible for securing any rights or clearances required. If you believe material in the Service infringes your rights, contact us at jeremy@saucepad.ai and we will review promptly.

You agree not to: misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; use it to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our permission; or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or data of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service itself, including its software, design, features, and content we created (excluding Your Content, Outputs, and third-party materials), is owned by SAUCEPAD LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers and hosting services. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third parties, and outages or changes on their side may affect the Service.

You may connect outside accounts to the Service, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or a social channel. When you do, you represent that you are authorised to grant that access, and you remain bound by that provider's own terms. We read only what the scopes you approve allow, we use it only to provide the Service to you, and you can withdraw the access at any time. What we do with data from a connected Google account is set out in our Privacy Policy, which follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Features, generation credits, and plan limits may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAUCEPAD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT OR RECOMMENDATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold SAUCEPAD LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of any Output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date, and where appropriate notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
